Eric provided exceptional, timely support. When I messaged him late in the day, he graciously guided me through the process of bleeding the oil to restart the boiler. When that troubleshooting step was unsuccessful, he immediately offered to visit first thing the following morning. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed pump and efficiently completed the repair. The hot water is restored, and the system is fully operational.

Erik from Lyons Home Energy Solutions came out and cleaned both of our mini-splits and fixed one of them that we’ve been having issues with for a few years now. We’ve had other companies come and essentially wash the outside and clean the filters, which is not a cleaning, so to see Erik take the unit almost completely apart to give them a comprehensive cleansing was amazing. We’ll definitely have Lyons Home Energy Solutions back in the fall for our heating systems checkups.
